How to Measure

How to Get The Right Size?

For Customers Who Are NOT PREGNANT

Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist. It should sit nicely between your belly button and below your rib cage. Don’t suck in, as you will want an accurate measurement!

Hips: Feel the edge of your silhouette where you should feel where your bones are the most protruding, and nearest to your buttocks.

Please refer to below for the size you should be getting for each of shapewear models.

For Customers Who Are Pregnant Below 7 Months

If you are still pregnant (below 7 months) and would like to order your garments now, here are the guidelines to measure in inches:

 Please use this formula:

(Underbust + Biggest part of the tummy) minus 6 inches, and divide by 2.

Get the size where your measurement will fall under.

Example: Underbust is 32, biggest part of the belly is 38.

(32 + 38 – 6) divide by 2 = 32 (waist measurement)

Look at sizing table above, choose your size of shapewear based on your waist size in accordance to your choice of shapewear.

*Kindly be advised you should choose a size smaller if you belong to the smaller waist size band.
